The was a line in the movie, Leviathan, that went something like Nuturo non conformda est (hard to understand) loosly translated, dont fu** with mother nature. Now when a Hurricane/typhoon hits the coast of Alaska like Anchorage, then Man generated weather might be possible, but since it isnt, it is bullshi*! If man controlled the weather, Africa, Texas, and other places wouldnt be in droughts. Scott could possibly think that Al Gore is a REAL Scientist too!

News puts out story about unlicensed contractors removing trees
fallen on homes. Obviously this is a plot by democrats to
secure business for union licenced contractors. In time of
disaster is it not more appropriate to bypass regulations and simple
help your fellow neighbor that is if they want help. I must
state, never pay up front for work. This gives contractors
opportunity to steal.
