I watched Russell Crowe a few nights a go in Gladiator on Tele. Seen it before but love him as an actor. He really makes his characters believable , I think.

I also like David Suchet. He plays "Poirot" in Agatha Christie movies. I've watched all of them. They are fabulous.

Trouble is that there are so many people who had done great movies over the years. It is all in the context of the movie.
I can sit and watch one of the crappiest actors of his time in the "A few Dollars more" and others he made along the same theme. I had so many laughs watching the "Trinity" movies (Bud Spencer and ????)And what about the Monty Python movies.
Have watched the Mel Brookes' movies with Gene Wilder so many times it is almost vebatum.
Favourite of all time has to be for me Basil Fawlty.

Yes, he is a very good actor and has done a lot of varying roles which have been amazing.I love Edward Norton, another very adaptable actor.
