A study has been done with rats, where if one rat gets hurt by an external factor, it starts to hurt the other rats around it...
I have seen this in work places also. Sometimes people are negitive because they are not happy with themselves, and they can become a bully, then a bully culture happens. Only pathetic people will remain in that rut and have a bad life, winners move on fast or will confront the people. I strongly believe that this is the way to go, because ignoring this kind of thing will just eat at you, until you don't have it in you to do what you need to do.
We all have choices right! so start making some changes today... We create or own heaven or our own hell, never blame others for your missery.

I've met a lot of negative people and as a very positive person I find negative people hard to be around. I wake up each day with a smile on my face and life is wonderful. Maybe their lives aren't so wonderful and maybe they are negative due to things that have happened in their lives. We can all choose to be negative or positive people. I believe it's truly in us to be more positive. We just have to take our negatives and turn them around. It is possible!

A lot of times criticism is guidance and or wise advice but the neggy needer will label it in a negative cloak in order to defy it and support self's need to remain firmly entrenched in the past. In effect affirm victim status, and blame another for what they have found/percieved.
Only those looking for negatives will find them and it's totally personal. It's the nature of seek and ye shall find. This also applies to peace. Disingenuous people and people in denial, rarely find peace.
