I am well on my way to more recovery - it's been long term healing process with lots of medical massages, therapy, and not doing many of the things I used to do because those activities caused pain - so, I am much better now than I was before. Some things will not change, tho, like the mild vertigo I have. Thank you for your kind words.

Indeed...but peoples 'outlook' can be changed for the better regardless of life experiences. It's not easy, but given the right guidance a negative thinking person can learn to turn things around and view the world from a totally different perspective seeing their glass as half full instead of half empty.

i am not native and but my whole education is taught in English
