Got an email from Telstra today "your internet usage has exceeded your monthly limit. Your speed is now going to be snail mail."

Considering I have limited myself to CS Forums and a Land Rover Forum of late (and probably a couple of uTube music videos), have only Stpehanie (who lives 2.8kms from me) and JC (the guy with no hair, sparking whites and a hoodie) ads to blame for me going over. And probably all the photos on the 2 Forums.

Years ago I could be on the "Game" sites for 5-6 hours a night and never went over. Probably Telstra's way of telling me to upgrade to a more costly usage.dunno

I went online on my Telstra account last week to apply for an extension to pay my bill as I had just register my car and was a little short that week. I was approved as quote "I am a valued, loyal Telstra customer of over 30 years". Then today I get an email telling me my bill is four days overdue and it tells me where to go to apply for more time. dunno

I better not get charged a $15 late fee. mumbling

You are probably saved because Telstra wasn't around 30 years ago.

I have been with Telecom and then Telstra for nearly 40 years.

Loyalty does not count.help

I do now have an "hotmail" edress for my iPhone and so should look at using that and getting rid of the tyranic Telstra "service?". My iPhone even gives me more internet downloads than the Telstra homeline service.

ps. hope Telstra are spying on this help peace cheers
