Yeah, like in the video above but more ways too. They're fighting over territory and even over stupid stuff. There are also a lot of people in the West and their countries of origin who don't want the rabid dogs coming home so measures are being taken to make sure as many of them as possible don't.

Well the Borei lead ship (there is only 1 currently) is undergoing sea trials at the moment. It's also a ICBM boat. It's more likely they would field Attack Submarines in the area.
