Well, Israel didnt exist until 1947 and the real problem didnt exist until then either
The core of the problem is the European powers, having seen how the Jews had suffered in WW2, didnt feel able to fight them back from stealing the land of Palestine from those who lived there.
This was the mistake
The cure? Sweep Israel into the sea. Its an illegitimate state founded by terrorism and mass murder, it should never have been permitted but can still be corrected.

and I don't think doing any sort of harm to either of them is helpful...

Bizarrely, in a work of fiction by, I believe, Tom Clancy, a solution was found to Palestine / Israel peace by disarming both sides and deploying the Swiss Guard from the Vatican city as disinterested and neutral peacekeepers

As I understand it, the Quranic interpretation is that the Messiah appears on the White cliffs of Babylon. The exact spot is somewhere outside Damascus. ... but I think it's White Cliffs and he wears a yellow Robe.
