The reason why because then the Christian religion would lose it's effectiveness. The same if Muhammad showed up nobody would believe him either. Even the Dali Lama today is not well received in China because of all the brainwashing of communism Hence, it is why he sits in India exiled from Tibet.

Soooo.. I wouldnt be surprised if there're still many more to come.
