I started this morning and feel really good i have a positivity this time that i possibilly lacked in the past.
Anybody who wants to join me in quitting Id love to hear from you.

I smoked for 20+ yrs. and i quit,its been 10 yrs. this yr.i owe it all to the Lord,for i prayed hard,asked for strength and for Him to give me something else to do with my hands ! Everytime a cig. came to mind i would raise my hand and thank God for the breath of life He had given me at birth,and ask him to help take my mind off it,and to give me something usefull to do with my hands,He was so good,he blessed me to learn how to do many diff.indian crafts,as well as studding and fabricating/ painting furniture/picture frames etc. im not saying it wasnt ruff,cause for the first few weeks it was,But our God is a good God,with Him ALL things are possible,God Bless U all,ill keep u in my prayers !!! SHER.
