well, most know that i've pulled pretty much all the muscles in my back.

anywho...i'm on muscle relaxers...and i took one a bit ago.

i hear a noise in the kitchen, sounds like...oh...little raegan has sprayed some air freshener. so...i get up to go in the kitchen...

she's actually sprayed pam cooking spray. all over the floor. go figure.

I know that pulling your back hurts. I was on that Norgesic Forte when I pulled mine. I hope your back gets to feeling better. I know you will need them with your busy life style.

ACK! Be careful! Try some 409 or rubbing alcohol, it will take some of the slickness away, but I still wouldn't wear socks for a few days.

Dawn dishwashing soap will clean it right up.

It will also kill fleas on dogs without the toxic chemicals.

Just ask any dog groomer.

I am sorry to hear that you are not well . Knowing you , you will adopt and walk through it .. By the way did you know that food poisoning is a great remedy for muscle spasms ? I dislocated a disk which crippled me for months . During two or three days of a food poisoning episode all my symptoms disappeared and my full mobility returned . Now I know that the toxins similar to those causing food poisoning are used as a cure for local treatment of muscle spasms .. You never know what your kitchen floors can do for your bad back .
