LadyLori: WOW!!!!!
I am beyond impressed Sir Stedan!! I graciously & humble curtsey and thank you for your romantic gesture!! You have solidified my belief that romance CAN be found! I hope the other ladies are as impressed as I am!! You made my day! Thank you
Not as impressed as I am by you all.... Each one of you adds that little bit of spice to the mix which creates a unified existence within CS.... so applause and accolades to all even if not mentioned may get around to those who have been missed off....

Ccincy: I just finished reading a article regarding when romance begins to fade away and how to bring it back to ones relationship.
It talked about dating again and no not different people but begin dating one another. By putting notes in your partners briefcase etc.
Yes...I like the ones that say...whilst you have been out...The Milk Man and Bread Man have been and the bills have been taken care of.....oh am taking a rain check for tonight..me backs gone...

Of course there are those who claim to know so much about relationships but have probably never been on a date in their lives.
LadyLori: That is so true! I often babysit my grand babies so my two daughters can have "date nights" with their hubbies...it helps them keep that "spark"!
BTW-I like your new profile pic
Thank You.
One of my neighbors and her hubby set aside date nights and the grandparents look after their two children.
LadyLori: I am a hopeless romantic, but I am also realistic, as it seems romance, on a whole, is dying out. Is it so cliche now, that admitting you can be swept away by a kiss at sunset, or a trail of rose pedals leading to the bedroom, makes you seem "out of touch" with the real world? I write romantic short stories & poetry, but rarely share them, because several in the past have told me I am silly to have this mind-set. Am I really alone in this, or are any other of my fellow forum friends romantic? care to share your thoughts/experience/opinions? Thank you, in advance, for your comments.
I'm a consummate romantic as well.
Though, I'd rather avoid the bitter disappoint in future....

I think it is still there for some.
I live in hope.
Sometimes we blur the lines between romance and lust.
I have been guilty of that myself...
