If you really want to experience bad drivers, you've got to experience driving in Rome or Naples, Italy. They are so bad that their normal driving is like beyond the worst road rage you will ever see anywhere else.
They even tail-gate emergency motor vehicles that are sounding sirens and flashing lights. And, don't try to encourage a slow poke in front of you in any tunnel there to go the legal posted speed limit. Mama Mia !
