That happened to me. An ex 20+ years ago called me and said "you have no idea what you're in for with him"

Unfortunately, you cannot heal it. It will naturally mend itself to some degree at some stage and to some degree. keep busy. get a new look. date. build you're confidence do not do a rebound relationship. use the gym. New hobbies. cry. then move on. Do not allow yourself to dwell. remove everything that reminds you of him. paint your house/room . change it. Make it new. love yourself

Sometimes we already know what we need to do but we need some assurance that we are doing the right thing, start making a life for your self and move on ,men that lie and cause hurt by these actions will continue to do so it is their choice, so you should choose to do what makes you happy and bring peace
