Another senseless shooting by a psychopath with a gun and 2 beautiful young women are dead. One of them was only 21 years old. You Second Amendment gun rights freaks must be very proud. Where was the "Good guy with a gun" to stop this "Bad guy with a gun"? Isn't that what that schmuck from the NRA says? I supposed now people have to carry a loaded gun with them when they go to the movies, not to mention to Church and to school. How about when they go to take a crap? You can get a shoulder holster this way when you drop your pants you'll still be able to stop a bad guy if he bursts into the bathroom while you're on the throne.

I had a run in this evening with some second amendment gun rights freaks as you call them.

Is this in regards to the fruitloop who shot up the church or is this shooting shooting to something else?

ohn Russell Houser, the 59-year-old “drifter” who shot and killed himself after he unleashed a hail of gunfire inside a Louisiana movie theater, murdering two and injuring nine, was described by those who knew him best as an odd, unstable man with harsh political views and who once tried to burn down the office of an attorney who crossed him.

You got me thinking of amendments in a Constitution. These are
not words from God on a tablet, they are written by men who had
the foresight that they may be amended. I heard an Islamic scholar
say,.."Words that were written 1400 years ago possibly have no bearing on modern Man."

No, he was turned down for a gun permit. One could say that is proof that gun laws work, but the problem is there are so many guns in the hands of ordinary people it's easy to buy a gun or steal a gun because they are everywhere. I don't know the stats on it but I bet 1000's of guns are stolen every year during burglaries of homes of gun owners. People buy a gun for "protection" and their house gets robbed and another weapon is put in the hands of a criminal. A guy that just robbed your house isn't gonna bother with background checks when he's got a fish on the line willing to pay double for a weapon, even a stolen one. In fact they prefer a stolen one because that's a break in the chain of ownership.

That's what the men that came up with the 10 commandments were doing, changing things to suit themselves. Also, there were laws before your god was invented, as well as morality, but anyway, let's not hijack the thread with religious BS.

I didn't receive no reply either.

So I assume it was either about the theater or the church shooting.

There has been so many shootings. The church one was a few weeks
ago I believe, with more fatalities. This Cretan shot the two
Women who were sitting in front of him at the Theatre, then stood up, and opened fire on the crowd. When he saw the Police coming in,
he shot himself.sad flower
