I just tried my bikini a days a ago ,,, hmmm not that much ,, drinking a lot of water ,,, mowing,, gardening ,, wheelborrows,, climbing up & down on ladders,, it's always enough for me,,

It says this summer can be excessively hot because of IL Niño again,, sometimes excessive heat/high body temperature can help in the process of burning some few calories,,
