secretagent09: Well now this is a heavy discussion.
I need lots of caffeine now because I have a headache and I'm tired. Caffeine is very helpful for headaches.
However, it's a must for me to watch the Olympics tonight.
My questions of Keurig or pour over method is because when I use the Keurig I only get about seven ounces of coffee.
The pour over method I get 12 ounces. When I want a cup of coffee I don't want half a cup.
If I have 12 ounces of coffee now I won't get to sleep until 4 or 5 am
I don't like decaf so I'll save you the suggestion of that.
What do you thing ATGN. 6 ounces which will just pacify me and only last 10 minutes or 12 ounces that will nurse for half an hour
There are factors to consider here!! First if all, your adrenalin should be the rush you need to keep you awake, depending on the sport that is on offer.. If you need caffeine to maintain consciousness , then it's high time you changed the activity or the person you activate with.
Secondly, do you take milk or cream with your coffee.

Well, this deserves another dissertation.
If I use the Keurig, I need 2 or 3 Splenda's as a sugar replacement depending on what type of coffee pod I use. Some are stronger then others. Whichever one I use necessitates the number of Splendas.
When I use the pour over method which is more coffee I always take 4 Splendas.
And always milk.
Here's the addendum to my dissertation
If I stop at Dunkin Donuts to get a medium iced coffee it has to be 5 Splendas and extra milk.

Aren't you glad you asked
When you say coffee, you really mean coffee..
I always though coffee was a euphemism for something else

"Asking myself" ... I'd say that means thinking to myself but you can give me advice if you want to.
