Theresa May has threatened a trade war with the US after it slapped punitive tariffs on British-built aircraft, casting doubt on a key plank of her Brexit strategy. # The US Department of Commerce decided Bombardier aircraft, built in Northern Ireland, should be subject to 219 per cent import duty after the American aviation giant Boeing complained that Bombardier had been given unfair state aid.
The Government responded by warning that Boeing’s behaviour “could jeopardise” future Ministry of Defence contracts for its aircraft such as Apache helicopters.

The escalating row has also put the Conservatives’ relationship with the DUP under strain, as Bombardier employs more than 4,000 people at its Belfast factories.

epirb: ill informed as usual Tom , and led by the nose again . Canada is very good at screaming blue murder when its their goods targeted by tariffs but very quiet when they target others .Our sweet Canadians are wolves dressed in sheep's clothing . Tariffs levied against dairy products average around 200 % . Make no mistake the target of Trumps tariff is Canada . May and her bulldust is a red herring to cover her rotten attitude towards brexit .
Canadian wolves are just testing the "buffalo". PS - we do not wear sheep's clothing - we are indeed wolves!
This is from my province - like I said - trade war in effect.

That clips a bit like mustering cows and calves here , don't go near them in the scrub as they nail the dogs , around the other way for wolves . Many time I have seen cows toss a calf towards my dogs , always thought it was accidental , after watching the bison knock the other one over I am not so sure .Enjoyed the clip
Just look at the top 10 American export companies at the amount of sales
Exxon Mobil (oil, gas): US$336.8 billion, down -2.9% from 2015 Apple (computer hardware): $293.3 billion, up 30.2% Chevron (oil, gas): $266.1 billion, up 4.8% Ford Motor (car/truck makers): $224.9 billion, up 11.4% General Motors (car/truck makers): $194.5 billion, up 17% Pfizer (pharmaceuticals): $167.5 billion, down -2.7% Johnson & Johnson (medical equipment, supplies): $133.4 billion, up 0.5% Procter & Gamble (household/personal care items): $129.1 billion, down -9.6% Cisco Systems (communications equipment): $112.6 billion, up 14.5% Intel (semiconductors): $105.5 billion, up 14.1%
So when Solar energy becomes a totally viable alternative to oil, the USA will have lost a major export

Not saying the bison are not powerful critters! Such is the way of nature! (Glad you liked the clip!) Interesting times here, living right next door to Trumpistan!
