I've spent many years studying Mahayana, was the appointed director of a Temple named by the spiritual head of the FPMT, and i was sent into a debate in international affairs by HH Dalai Lama and at HHDL bequest I'm lawfully able to say i constructed and correctly filed United Nations document on his behalf that also contained EU Parliament and Tibetan Government in Exile submission be HHDL asked me to.
So i do have some understanding about Tibetan teachings and affairs

I also note China has very recently more or less regained control in Cambodia...

Really, I thought they were helping and investing, of course, the fact Cambodia also helps and supports China suggests mutual helping hands rather than one having "Control", and even if it were true, better that it is China than the USA.

The list of U.S. projects is much longer, but they are much smaller: in education, health, conservation as well as efforts to build democracy which grate on the government."

rizlared: I'm sure China was aware that NK was indeed constructing Nuclear weapons, but NK is an independent country, albeit tied to South Korea, which means the China would have had no right to dictate to them what they can and can't do. China did advise the NK government some years ago to refrain from building these weapons, but China has as much right to tell NK what to do than New Zealand telling Australia what they can and can't do.

The international community over many years invested not only lots and lots of human aid and support, lots of money, assistance with mine clearing, other in an attempt to provide the Cambodian people with a more normalized harmonious society and along comes China and kills off the peoples internationally recognized right to free and fair representation and China has just killed that off supported the current criminal one party representation. After what China put the Cambodian people through with there pet Pal Pot you should be ashamed of your self

Quite the opposite, I believe China learnt a lot of lessons from supporting Pol Pot and his despicable regime. So much so that China is very very reluctant to get involved with another fanatical leader.

Everyone has internet in China, in fact, the Chinese use the internet far more than most other countries seeing as they pay for just about everything via their mobile phones and the internet banking system.
However, there are restrictions on access certain sites outside of the Chinese mainland, such as Google, Youtube, Facebook. But outside of the mainland like Hong Kong, Taiwan, Tibet they can access just the same as you, in fact more than you, because they are not restricted from sites that contain pirated music or movies.
