Employer need good people Experience have shown that it is not always the best person that gets the job but the best person at being interviewed. One cannot "act" in Psychometric Testing....

MsContessa: I have noticed that there are several different personality types on here, some get along and some clash. That is not surprising since there are 9 different personality types. We should be aware of our particular type in order to be mindful to our own strengths and weaknesses… Do you know yours? If not you can check this link. It just takes 5 mins
These things are a waste of time because they fail to make plain that 'The Result' is only a snapshot of how a person is in that particular moment.
They're about as much 'practical use' as many of the photos on here that been left unchanged for years.
In some ways they ( and similar like BMTI and etc ) can be dangerous ... the gullible person reads 'what they are told they are' and then unwitting reinforces whatever aspect they consider a strength or weakness.
Certainly such instruments 'read by' halfwits ( recruiters / HR people etc ) they can be harmful as over reliance denies them (and the applicant) an opportunity to actually meet ...

The Enneagram and the MBTI instrument has been used in hundreds of studies to discover personality types over the past 40 years. Each instrument has proven to be both valid and reliable. In effect, ithese instruments measures one’s personality type (validity) and produces the same results when it is repeated (reliability). One’s personality type does not change over one’s lifetime.
