Before the gym I will toast a slice spread avocado instead of butter sometimes I will boil an egg and squash it on.
The best yummy bread is from Aldi I don't do my groceries there but I go out of my way to buy two types of bread at Aldi small loaves at $5 a loaf.
One brand is called Gluten Free six seed bread it's so crunchy when toasted it's yum.
The other brand is called 85% Lower Carb Higher protein soft silky yummy bread
