There could be a number of reasons you're being ignored , one might be they think you're not their type or they could simply be chatting to someone else when you message them, don't take it personally

Unfortunately there aren't a lot of young lads on the forums to answer you.
But just take a lack of answer from them as being an answer. If they were interested in you, they would reply. If they don't, then no time wasted for either, just move on.

Maybe consider what u are opening with to them.
Try make it witty but not long winded.
If your just throwing out a load of hellos to anyone that takes your fancy then you may not have much luck....instead...pick someone and read their profile in full...take something from it that grabbed your attention and mention that.

I think its a good idea that this site is open to singles of all ages but I'm personally a middle aged woman now. So much as I understand there are some very nice men in their 20's I would have no interest in chatting to them online and I hope no young man takes offense at that. Its not a matter of age difference for me, its simply a matter of stage in life difference. As you get older what you want from a relationship changes. When I was in my 20s I had marriage n kids on my mind. Now I've been there n done that so being a grandmother is the next stage I'm looking forward to. U can ve different hobbies in a relationship but core goals have to be the same most of the time.

Because most Irish women these are far too fussy for thier own good!! Show them a big wallet or bank balance ,that Ferrari you drive and your a catch, my honest opinion,go international ladies living in Ireland ,i did on another site several years ago, best decision i ever made
