When working a lot of overtime,
U expect to be rewarded for the effort....
Being it money or time off...

So often our sincere efforts r not even noticed....
To be rewarded s/be a given.....
If it wasn't noticed, bring it up for them to notice....
And reward u, if u deserve it.....

For what do U want to be rewarded......?

I did the hours for the fab money..My pay was my reward and if businesses were to reward us all extra's they would go out of business and we would be unemployed.

I work the hours I want to work now that's my reward.

Usually get a bonus at Xmas.

In my younger years I worked two different jobs and whenever I had a day off at one I usually had to work the other.

Once in a great while I'd work some overtime hours but the only drawback was that the more extra hours I was to put in the more tax I'd pay so my pay didn't really increase.

I worked two 8 hour shifts as a nurses aid and took home under $200.00.Even though I'd worked weekends I got no double time on Sundays and triple time on Saturdays.I finally wised up and looked for better work conditions.

Well thanks to mass immigration and debts the British jobs tend to work jobs which either shouldn’t exist or jobs they don’t have the intelligence for.

Immigrants replaced our working class and our workers then bloated the middle class with an array of pet grooming entrepreneurs etc. Anyway the skilled British working class is often comprised of British would-be bin men and we have a reputation for incompetent tradesmen who can’t be bothered. There’s a general problem with Mickey Mouse jobs and real jobs performed by people too dumb to do them, I want to be rewarded for breaking this trend and I am. Most people my age make in 10 hours what I earn in 2.

Back in the 1980s we basically split in two into chavs and scum bags lost to productive society(most of which voted Brexit)and a fake bourgeoisie of people living one or more social classes above them self(most of which voted remain).

Now there’s money to be made in breaking this dynamic.

I feel like I have already rewarded myself by taking a risk and pursuing a different professional dream in a time of life when most people are afraid of changes...

When I work my normal hours during the week my reward is my wages on a Friday.
When I work over time ..my reward is extra pay in my wages of a Friday.
I don't expect nor deserve anything above or beyond that.
Have been rewarded for exceptional performance before ...it wasn't expected but was grateful it didn't go unnoticed.
