Long distance is super tough. I don't know if I would do it again perhaps if I met the guy a few times and we plan to be together and move near each other.

i think long distance is difficult, and the expense can be a bit overwhelming.
i also think being open and curious, with a willingness to do those things that will help facilitate a happy outcome is necessary in any relationship.
having said that, nothing quite compares to the intimacy and acceptance of waking up with someone you love, and feeling their arms around you, and wanting you.... the quiet of the morning while sharing that first cup of coffee together knowing there is an U/us.
takes two, some give and take, and some commitment.

My partner is just under an hours drive from me....that's even too far....I don't think I can handle the idea of a partner being a train plane and taxi ride away from me.A shame since I've communicated with one really nice woman across country...
