our Xmas night out from work is on 24th November I'm asking you to tentatively put the 24th of November in your diary as the projected date for a west coast knees-up...

I've organized a meet before and it's a balancing act trying to accommodate for people with busy schedules...you say blanking the guys, I saw your mention of coming over in October, you'd be welcomed of course, other people need advance notice...
