Canada is a great country, and I'm on track to get the PR, but it's not easier as we suppose. This rediculous IELTS score system makes everything upside down. I'm very tired of preparing for that, and that's why thought somewhere else.

Can't give you much advice, try the link and if you use google search change the .com to .ie it will give you different results which might be handy at times.

It seems to be Belgium for the moment... our government is totally messed up, the influx of refugees has never been as big as now because of the lax attitude of our "government" we have had elections on 26 May and still have no new government. The current government only does "current affairs"

Low population with large resources creates a certain kind of spastic forever. 1990s forever. Australia and Canada would allow you to best capitalise on a domestic incompetence.
If it has to be in Europe, Ireland. Concentrate on the places where money comes without work.. and I’m not just talking about the welfare state but a nation that through natural resources or tax fraud is wealthy before it goes to work. This is the target.
Looking for computer programming work? Follow apple and google in europe. I think apple may pull out of Ireland and move those operations to Rome were the employees can enjoy good food.
