greed, the wealthy making money by killing people...in recent days the American government murdered a number of people near an international airport in another country, because the president and a fat slob wanted to kill someone.

The United States has the largest external debt in the world, something like $24 trillion. The moment the US dollar ceases to be the world currency, which is a certainty, the country will plunge into chaos. You said Imploding

Congress needs to step up and deal with some brewing issues - how the NRA controls gun legislation, that corporations are considered individuals, and universal healthcare.....
Also, what should be on the agenda, addressing technology and social media, protections and security...

I agree with you. We are what we read. Noam Chomsky, Chris Hedges and Robert Reich seem to believe that corporations thru their Super Pacs own and dictate to the US goverment. That may or not be true, but as leading luminaries on America, you may be more swayed by their arguments than mine. America is not a failed democracy, it is a very much working democracy.
