AI_1984: I know Track, but it can be very frustrating sometimes.

Can you give piano lessons? On Skype?
I understand the frustration. I was 6 months playing guitar before I could use a pick, was like cutting teeth the first couple of years playing but it do get better. When it gets frustrating, don't focus on the moment, focus on where you see yourself in say 5 years time and look at the moment as part of the journey.

My knowledge on piano is very limited, I play guitar and bass mostly. You probably know much more about piano already then I do. I never learned to read sheet music, I always played by ear.

I play by ear too if I play some pop songs - like I did with my acoustic guitar -
But I do need music sheets when I'm learning classical.
Then I try to memorize it.

I don't think about where I'll be in 5 years time!
My goodness! I live for now and the arthritis in my fingers is not getting any better.
That's why I can't play the guitar anymore.

That is my one greatest fear, that my fingers will become crippled with arthritis. Its in my family, mom and a lot of my uncles and aunts have it. I guess if that ever happens, I'll start just making music digitally, get a program and preprogram the music and write songs that way.

Well...it certainly doesn't help if you do picking on the guitar.

But...the piano helps a bit with finger exercise as you need to stretch for at least one octave.
With practice every day, fingers are a bit more supple.

I can see that. Guitar is punishment for arthritic fingers but the piano like you said, it exercises the fingers and helps. My uncle was a super gifted guitarist back in his glory days. These days, he can't even hold a D chord because of the arthritis.

I think supplements that help Arthritis the most are Glucosamine, Omega-3 Fatty Acids, Vitamin D3, and Chondroitin. The problem is you have to find the right doses for you starting low and not give up working with a trained doctor. Also finding good sources and ones that work. The anti-inflammatory medications seem to make conditions worse in time and then you need higher doses or different drugs. Exercising seems to help and even over-exercising if you can. CBD seems to help also as long as you don't combine it with THC and only when your pain gets worse if needed. I know one thing... onions, tomatoes, and mushrooms are killers for me and a better diet is your best bet also.

I understand. For me it's the left hand too that I have problem with.
I can't play the chords anymore.

Anyway Track...such is life!
We have to keep our options open...

Just keep things simple .
Avoid doing all the bad stuff, so whatever one does is bound to be good. So highlight the negatives and correct them. As everyone knows one can do thousand of good things but one bad deed could prove to be ones downfall .
Live and let live. Love and respect to all.

Well..thanks very much for the advice.
I'll have to look into it but I think it's gone beyond repair.
I don't really have pain when i don't do anything.

I eat a healthy diet and no tomatoes for me.
I also take Omega 3 every day.
I don't take any drugs! No anti..whatever for me.

Sometimes finding irritating foods regarding arthritis is actually quite simple for a few people. If you eat a certain food over and over again for absolutely no reason liking it almost as an addiction, it's probably an allergy with a 7-10 rating and if you do an ALCAT Allergy Study with a blood test it actually confirms it. Onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, and Nightshade vegetables, can all create LGS ( Leaky Gut Syndrome ) where Alkaloids can travel to arthritic areas of the body making the condition worse. Bio-K ( a high potency probiotic or similar) or UltraClear Fiber a rice product to heal leaks may help restore the intestines including flora and produce relief from arthritis. But, everyone is different... it may or may not help. What you need is a good diagnostic physician or even an environmental doctor who deals with toxins in the body ( preferably an MD with inflammatory knowledge ).

From the name I can’t recall if I have seen it. But will try to watch this. Sounds a great film to watch.

I would like the indians way of life. Hunt for food now and then, some agriculture, but not to hard working and the whole camp is befriended with you. In the winter, you stay with your family in your tepee.

Yes, sounds nice too, Pk. thumbs up

Canada would be ideal for this. Living in a log cabin, surrounded by forests, lakes... and wild bears and wolves. smitten

sounds great but the reality is its not workable....

Wer not angels with divine godliness within us...

wer humans with free will...we will be the opposite of you have listed daily..

And god does not expect us to be all on the list....he understands its a process and it comes with age and mistakes have to be endured in order for us to learn....and that takes great time...in fact perhaps a lifetime!!!

even sumone as fab as me makes mistakes....plenty...and im an Angel...
