When our immune system is working efficiently, it deals with the problem before it gets out of hand.
However, the immune system is weakened and attacked by food and drink additives, chemical farming, vaccinations, antibiotics, electromagnetic and microwave technology and frequencies, pharmaceutical drugs, the stress of modern life and so much more.
What defenses are today´s children going to have when they are given 25 vaccinations, and combinations of them, before the age of two, while their immune system is still forming? A strong immune system is vital for staying healthy.
Things to avoid: Meat, fried foods, sugar and all artificial sweeteners found in diet drinks and other foods, refined and processed foods, antibiotics or any pain killer (unless absolutely necessary), tobacco, alcohol, avoid stress and negativity, and don’t keep strong emotions bottled up.
How to boost your immune system: Apart from avoiding all the above, laugh more, eat healthy foods (preferably organic), more exercise, preferably in the fresh air, sunlight, 7-8 hours sleep, healthy lifestyle, vitamin supplements (for older people), a daily dose of vitamin C taken all the year-round as prevention,

Let your kids outside to play. Let them dig in mud, drink from the water hose, swim in ponds. Stop buying antibacterial, antiviral, anti- anything. A common cold will not kill kids, let them get sick and build up antibodies. Let them run outside and strengthen their lungs and muscles. It is only natural to want to give your kids better than what you had and we are all guilty of it but not allowing a kid to be a kid is killing them.

Entirely agree Tara.
That's how I brought my kids up too. They had an outdoor life..and didn't have computers in those days.
PeKaatje: When I was 13 I had meningitis, withhout antibiotics, I wouldn't have been alive today...
I also had to fight a very bad infection when I was 15 and I was almost on my way out but.. I eventually got over it...without antibiotics because we couldn't afford them.
Of course, we need them on occasions. But some people seem to take them like smarties. Then they don't have any effect anymore.
All about exposure, when you get exposed to everything early, your immune system gets better. Kids these days live in a sterile world, never goes outside, and as soon as they get the sniffles, they get everything medically thrown at them. Those kids will never have the immune system that you and I have because they just simply never had the exposure that we did. What we got to watch though is that with age, the system do weaken. I'm a bit too young for that yet but with some more time, I'll have to consider looking into things to strengthen mine back up.
Dan_777: Haha..mine too! Any cold or infection, we had to fight it off ourselves, and also use natural plant medicine.
Antibiotics were not readily available..and very expensive!
Plus loads of fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables, homegrown, no pesticides or chemicals.
I’ve never liked taking any medication, but when fatality knocked at my door on two occasions it was a necessity. My body felt completely different when I was dosed up to the eyeballs. A feeling I never want to experience again.

Read a report that less covid deaths In some countries is probably due to early exposure to all the filth and dirty living conditions. Their immune system is potentially better for this reason.

Very good point!
When I was a kid I got chicken pox, german measles etc.. All what was contagious at the time we caught it in schools.
To strengthen the immune system? Don't forget the THYMUS gland. As we get older it deteriorates! But it can be activated by tapping or applying light pressure on it for a few seconds...as often as you remember to do it.

Yes, me too. And I never have the flu injection either. Last time I had a dose of the flu was about 30 years ago and after 3 days recovered.
