"Having a better idea for the land" as you describe it doesn't give anyone the right to go and steal someone else's land or home ...Imagine you have a home Pedro, and someone decides they have a "better idea for it" than the way you live in it, does that someone have the right to come and through you out or kill you so they can have it "for their idea on how to live"?
