It's his kids I feel sorry for as he admitted he hated being sober, a peek into there daily life of drugs drink and chaos

The ex wife and daughter, from France, held a high regard on Johnny and understood his style and personality. I heard she was supposed to have a deposition but didn't continue. The biggest weight on the case is the favorable testimony on Johnny's behalf and her incriminating response of her malicious intent as to why she published the story. Oh lawdy only in America

I would agree. She maintains her own position not accepting that she was wrong in her malicious intent. She admitted it herself and that alone says how oblivious she is about the truth.
