He refused for 187 minutes to call off the violent mob he summoned which included the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys whose leader told Trump they were "standing by" after Trump told them that at the presidential debate. Tarrio, Rhodes and capos were filmed in a planning meeting on January 5 by documentarian Nick Quested, who shared the video in his riveting testimony.

The sworn testimony is that Trump did not call off the insurrectionists because he said "they're doing what they should be doing."

Even worse, he said "Mike Pence deserves it" about the chants to hang the former VP.

Makes my blood run cold. We almost lost our great nation to a soulless immoral lunatic who would stop at nothing to hold onto power even after voters rejected him.

Documentarian Nick Quested recorded Tarrio and spent hours with him.

This included video of a planning meeting on January 5 with Tarrio, Stewart Rhodes and their capos. It was in a parking garage. Other vids show them in various places wreaking havoc.

After Trump told Proud Boys to stand back and stand by, Tarrio wrote on Telegram "Standing by, sir." Hearing that from Trump caused Proud Boy membership to triple.

Their comms show coordination too. Peaceful, unarmed--no.

You can't whitewash January 6. Tarrio etc are charged with seditious conspiracy. Trump should be too.

You have to love the show:

1. The election was great example of what works in a democratic nation that turns out to vote for candidates.
2. The truth always finds a way to expose the bad actors. The hearings are meant to expose the truth.
3. The open hearing process allows for an exchange of sworn testimony that debunks the lies being told about the election.
4. The hearings do not have the ability to prosecute or indict anyone. They are meant for information gathering. The Justice Department will decide if there is enough evidence to indict or prosecute.
5. The January 6, 2021 invasion of the capitol has already produced over 600 indictments stemming from trespassing, assault, theft, damage to property to conspiracy. Prosecutors always start with the low hanging fruit and work their way up. New indictments are likely surrounding the new testimony of campaign finance and wire fraud. There is alot we still don't know about the use of funds collected for .legal defense'.
