A lamb Sunday roast with carrots, green beans, broccoli, yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes and a type of cheesy cabbage I'd never had before. Also a stick of rosemary which was quickly discarded, don't know what that was in aid of.

And tonight I'm going for a curry which is just as well because im starving - the curse of eating a huge meal early on.

No breakfast.
Tuna fish, olives and a wholegrain baguette for late lunch.
Now I am feasting on a big piece of a tree layered walnut cake with caramelised apples and vanilla cream filling, garnished with more cream and more walnuts, I just made.

serene56: So are these vegetables consumed plain or are spices added

I hope you don't mind me asking, I'm interested
They were consumed "plain" only because the stewed fish was aptly seasoned. However, spices can be added for other dishes/food combinations.
