Happygolucky4u: To be completely honest I had never noticed that one muscle protuded out when I crossed my legs until he mentioned it. After that every time I moved my legs I would see it. I wanted to exercise and firm up, but to me that looked a little yukky. I exercised my fustrations in life out and at 40 I had many fustrations. Kids growing up, parents aging and trying at that time to work three jobs I was very fortunate in marriage. Something like that would of never been an issue with us. I could of laughed at him and went about my bussiness. We respected one another. It was never my looks that attracted him, or me to him. It was a feeling I could never describe when I looked at him my heart felt strange and I loved him completely. We remained that way till his death. I didn't know how rare it was, our life until our time together was gone.

We have a lady here who started exercising I think when she was 60. She has won many physical fitness competions. People have taken it upon them selves to make fun of her and pass her videos around on the internet some saying they were photo shopped. They are not. These people who do not know her do not know the type of person she is. She has so much love for people in her heart. And you really don't notice her muscles except when she is flexing them. She actually is what inspires me to want to go back to the gym. To eat better. I don't want to exercise to compete but I would like to be more healthy. I am bad at junk food and not keepinig proper sleep schedules.
