Well...Pedro. I been more down latey than ever before in my life. It can be dark.
I did seek help with all friends and contacts I could get hold of, that helped some.
I wonder if God was close by still, he sent in at least two earthly angels,
actually 3 come to think of it.
No sometimes one wonder if one actually can get close to it, everybody can I think.

A pretty disturbing statistic is that in the UK suicide is the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45. It's become almost an epidemic. I guess many factors contribute to this dire situation, but there's no question that something is going terribly wrong in society to affect so many, so badly.
If anyone is personally affected, or has family or friends they think might be at risk, I recommend this organisation, they are doing wonderful work supporting many vulnerable people....

For those that thought about suicide, I would recommend the movie "A Man Called Otto" the American copy of the Swedish film "A Man Called Ove". In the United States the number for the Suicide Prevention Hotline is 988. This includes the Veterans hotline for veterans and people trying to help veterans and the Trevor Project which is for the LGBTQ community who feel suicidal for those under 25 years of age. I have a friend at my new Church who is a volunteer for the Trevor Project.
