if a person says about himself the following phrase “I think I’ve been very objective in my opinions” and at the same time does not accept any arguments from anyone’s opinion
what would you think of him? and what is the percentage of truth in his so-called objectivity
my subjective opinion: he is narcissistic, self-confident, but not a smart person

You refer to “him” meaning that only a man could have narcissistic qualities.

Ok , I hear ya .
I don’t think it’s a great idea asking relative strangers to give you advice about something personal we know nothing about .
Best to ask a friend, or close relative, is my advice .

let’s say so...this is not personal.. I don’t have any interests in this person and I don’t need advice (I just didn’t find the Opinions topic, so I chose Advice), I’m just interested in others’ opinions about such a person

I think we’ve been down this road many times in the past & I can assure you it doesn’t end well .
You will be given some bad advice , it will end up with a heated argument & you’ll probably end up upset .
That’s the best advice I can give you .

Key Differences Between Objective and Subjective

Objective means making an unbiased, balanced observation based on facts which can be verified.

Subjective means making assumptions, making interpretations based on personal opinions without any verifiable facts.

We should not be making assumptions about people based on our personal opinion and conception especially if we don't know them personally. There are many who can see both sides of any argument or cause especially on the Forums but it doesn't make them a narcissist because their opinion differs from yours.handshake

Nice British lady, thank you for your opinion I disagree. but anyway any opinion is welcome

Oxford Dictionaries define the word ‘objective’ as ‘not influenced by personal feelings or opinions in considering and representing facts’.

Firstly, it is impossible to give an opinion without being influenced by our own opinions since our opinion is our opinion; however this is not the best way to look at this question.

Opinions are our view or judgment on a certain topic or issue; and how we look at things are based on our own personal feelings and experiences. Being objective is not letting our personal feelings affect the way we present facts, as said in the definition above. Opinions cannot be facts since everyone has their own judgment and opinion on different topics. Therefore, it is impossible for an opinion to be ‘objective’.
For example, I consider my opinion subjective. This is just my opinion, filled with my emotions and my own experience.
we are talking about the fact that a person is simply completely confident that his personal opinion is objective; in my subjective opinion, he is a self-confident narcissist. I repeat this is my subjective opinion. That s why I asked for other people's opinions. and I am grateful for any answer.

Insufficient data given for any review of the man involved.. Your "my subjective opinion" is a giveaway, however, that what you are seeking is support for what you know is not an objective position.
