It really can be a tough one--something for thought: Not to sound overly religious, etc...it's a good idea to remember that no one is perfect; we all have that proverbial "beam" in our eye when we find fault with another's "mote". Just saying....And what you prefer for yourself?

i believe in forgive and forget.
But I never forget the lesson I learned from that incident.
And I also believe that there is no forgiving concept in the rules of Mother-Nature, whatever a person does, he/she definitely gets it back with interest sooner or later (good for good and bad for bad).
The one who forgives has the advantage that he/she avoids getting trapped in the cycle of taking revenge.

I would say I am more forgetting than forgiving ..I guess I should learn to forgive...And what you prefer for yourself?
As about judging ..no, who am I to judge someone?
