A polish immigrant died after being tasered at the Van., airport. The police (RCMP) had no reason to taser him, he was distressed but not violent. After being tasered 2 or 3 times, he was face down with the weight of 2 officers on his back and neck. He died instantly. No matter what the official story, it's all on video and on the Web. This has become an international incident over the past few days between Poland and Canada.
"To protect & serve" seems to have been lost along the road someplace. I have no clue as to what "Peace Officers" are like in Canada. but here in the states, they are some of the biggest crooks I know. Right along side of the rest of government..

this happened in Leeds
A 34-year-old diabetic has described how he was shot twice by police with a Taser gun after going into a coma on a bus.
(Advertisement) Nicholas Gaubert says he suffered a hypoglycaemic fit which left him slumped on his seat clutching his rucksack.
Police officers called to the scene believed he could be a suicide bomber and shot him twice when he did not respond.
The incident happened in Leeds in July 2005, a week before the fatal shooting of Brazilian man Jean Charles de Menezes by officers in London.
"When I heard about that Brazilian man in London I just thought, 'oh no, that could have been me'," said Mr Gaubert.
West Yorkshire Police said the matter was in the hands of the IPCC.
His lawyer said there were clear parallels with the shooting of Mr Menezes at Stockwell Tube station, especially as he believes there is evidence of a breakdown in communication between the police on the ground and their commanders.
Mr Gaubert said: "All I can think is that I'm glad I did not come round on the bus because you can often act aggressively when you come out of a hypo like that".
He says he is outraged to have found out none of the officers involved will face charges.
His legal adviser, Ifti Manzoor, of Irwin Mitchell, said his client "is completely traumatised by this."
The IPCC issued a statement which said: "The IPCC managed an investigation into an incident on 13 July 2005 in which West Yorkshire Police discharged a Taser at a man while he sat on a bus in Leeds.
"The IPCC must determine whether any disciplinary matters need to be considered against the officers involved."
Every law enforcement agency there is except the Border Patrol is out of control. In the states, if the Border Patrol Agents due what we pay them to do, THEY are arrested and put in prison.
Things only get worse at the border; an ambulance with a heart attack victim crossing from Windsor to Detroit was held up while they demanded ID from staff and the patient (who flat lined twice). This happened a few days ago.
As well, this weekend, a Canadian fire truck crossing into New York state to help put out a night club fire was detained for 15 minutes.
If you look at the video of those airport security, the way they swaggered in a group of four towards this poor polish peasant, you could see before it started that they were just looking for an opportunity to exercise state-sanctioned brutality on a defenceless person....the guy didn't stand a chance....it's an outrage...
I have heard from this. I find this unbelievable. The only reason for tasering was, that he was a little bit excited about losing his mother in the terminal hall. He was just looking at her and nobody could understand his language. A few years ago, htey had called a Interpreter and would be good. Now it is, first shot and then ask. I can´t understand such a proceed.
There are rotten apples in every barrel, some officers do over react, it's a fact of life, sad but true. But don't tarnish all with the same brush, by far the vast majorit of Police Officers the world over are doing a very difficult and thankless task, I for one would hate to think where we "would be without the boys in blue" It is so easy to be seen to over react to a situation, without knowing the full facts, There are accidents every day day of our lives, were this incident not in ayway provoked then the Officers deserve all that the laws of the land can do against then...........but I'd like to see the whole story before making sweeping statements
Yes, he has thrown the laptop and he has raised a chair. I have seen the whole video. But this was only because they would look them and he would look for his mother. Raising the chair for defense. There where many weaponed officers around him. Have you looked in his face as he had done this? I don´t believe, that he would hurt somebody. Ok, this is only this what I think. And how would you react in such a situation? Unknown country, unknown language, you lost someone and instead of help you getting locked?
Yesterday in Chilliwack B.C. Canada, a man acting strangely in a convenience store was clubed, mased and tasered by the RCMP. He is now in critical condition in a hospital.
I'm sure there are quite a few wrongs gentlepaws....no excuses for them, but I should think you and I live in a far safer world because of the many rights that go without notice by the Police..................still all things considered, from the looks of it no matter what I say we would agree to disagree on things..............i'll leave this thread on a good note

Ever since 9/11, the police are out of control.
