I've overcome youthful arrogance and aggression and replaced it with confidence and wisdom.
I've failed more times than I care to admit, but it hasn't tempered my enthusiasm for success.
I've learned to find joy in the good fortune of others.
I've learned that I need not always be first.
I've learned the importance of a gentle hand and a kind heart.
But the thing I like the most about myself is, that after all these years, I'm still learning and doing so with the goal of understanding and conquering my faults and shortcomings.
I like: my honesty, faithfulness, willingness to admit i'm wrong, the fact that I have faced my demons and made peace with them, and that I'm just too danged stupid to lie down and give up.
