No, I haven’t read his biography - which one? There are loads of them? Do you mean an autobiography? Has he even written one?

Yeah, I agree. People who are fit and healthy ARE proud because it IS difficult, but it isn’t the TIME it takes (THAT we 'health enthusiasts' all know) It’s THE SELF-DISCIPLINE.
It take years to become MENTALLY strong enough to become physically strong/healthy/fit.
It practically doesn’t take any time at all to DO when you consider the hours in a day/week - it’s just takes the effort.
And people have always been very good at making an effort, haven’t they? Pfff!
Where I used to live there was this really craggy old granddad who used to walk down the street ripped up with muscle - we used to call him ‘Granddad Conan’.
The guy turned heads. Especially old ladies. Ha ha
I thought it was so cool. I was like: That guy is the coolest old grandad I have ever seen in my life, period. They should make a movie about that guy.
People think health and fitness is harder than it is. One to one and a half hours a day five days a week, and good healthy eating . . .

I think in conclusion it is best to maintain a decent level of physical fitness and it definitely helps with mental well-being.
I once tried to stop bodybuilding totally for my studies, and after a week or so of reading 18th century philosophy and writing essays I looked in the mirror and I looked like a mad man on crack to whom a comb had become a forgotten criterion of civilization. Ha ha ha

He stood up against the system of body building competitions turning hard work & body strained efforts into job interviews in stead of prize awards.
Kudos to him!!
I mean these people already tax themselves for 3/4 of the yr just to compete, who wants to shred their body & health by doing it all year around...

Which is more shallow, do you think? Jumping out of the bathroom window while they dig in or only dating girls who don’t eat dessert? How do you put it to them?
I think it’s a genuine moral dilemma I have created for myself.

and so on ... so on ... you need to change a plan ... Think on something else.
and yet do not hurt yourself thinking on moral dillemas ... they have tendency to be solved by itself
