The Northwest Frontier region and the Hindu Kush
has always been regarded as one of the most
dangerous parts of the world regardless of any
conflicts that may be going on at the time.

I would go back tomorrow given the chance,
the risks were calculated and well worth the
gamble.thumbs up

I can honestly say that i've been in 20 odd different countries and didn't see the sights in 17 of them at least.......

If it's something that really caught my attention (and became a "favourite"), then yes... Otherwise, when I travel, I tend to memorize the feeling - atmosphere, mood, weather, music, smells.... And all of the 'historical objects' just contribute to this image.

Yes, I do try to remember everything that I had seen and experienced on the trip. It's fun. I take pictures too, to remember these places better.

Leana76: Yes, I do try to remember everything that I had seen and experienced on the trip. It's fun. I take pictures too, to remember these places better.
I remember the different tastes, the way I feel/felt ,,,I write songs to remember them.
