In addition, she is telling me that I need to show her that I care for her, and she is asking me to send her some money first, before she is going to meet me because she wants to see that I care for her. That pressuposes that you are telling her you care a lot.
If she's 20, she might probably be broke, yes, so pay the ticket or go there yourself...if your commitment is that deep! If you think she's a scammer, then you go meet her
