The only dieting I do is just trying to eat healthy. I have heard that the simple truth about dieting is that you must burn more calories than you consume. A smart diet would logicaly help also.
I had a roomate that was on the south beach diet. One night he cooked carb free spagetti and I tryed some and well if I had to live on that then I would probably die. Certainly would not keep eating after i was full.

Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Only recently started eating brekkie..Special K
Lunch..brown bread sambo...or wrap
Dinner...1 WW meal, or...2 eggs and 2 slices of WW bread..yogurt (low fat)
Drink bout 2 litres of water per day...3 mugs of coffee
Exercise..1 hours power walking 4 days per week

Generally don't eat rubbish..cut it out..if I do...I penalise myself by not eating lunch......
I dunno where I'm going wrong..also started Vibro Plate 3 days per week....jusr complete 17 weeks of Salsa dancing..
LOL........Hence I'm looking for a push
Cut out the bread.
Eat more vegetables.
