breezee: I'm usually a pretty hopeless speller, actually....

I thought Eiffel was spelt with two 'f's but then assumed I was wrong........ I know it was named after the guy who built in and 'Monsiuer Eifel' looks better than 'Monsieur Eiffel'

What did native red Indian say when his glass eye fell out?

'Eye fell'

Duh!

Yup - I get 100% 'duh' points today!

Yes, Paris is just so romantic........ it's the kinda place you can lovingly lean a woman up against a nice cold steel girder and say:

"Eiffel 4u, my love.......marry me!"

If she says: ''Non! Non! pas de tout! Tu est bete!''

jush let go, let her fall to her death and say:

"Next!"

Gruetzi Frau Eis Prinzessin,
The Musée de l’Orangerie was probably the best lil' museum experience I ever had....

....but it also depends on your moods...innit?

Sommerauer71: Good evening.

Well, I will expect them all to be as sparkly.

I love the Eiffel Tower at night.

But Elley is correct there is much more to Paris than the Eiffel Tower, I love Notre Dame, something very powerful about it all.

Viele Dank mein Herr.

This is correct, moods dictate where I would like to go.

I love the boat trip, Bateau Mouche, the bridges are beautiful.

You should try Canal St.Martin by boat :-)
Or enjoy view from Sacre Coeur entrance at sunset....

It's all nature really - trees make trees, ants make huge anthills, little scrabbling in the dirt men make skyscrapers and towers pointing towards ET's home planet............but the mountains - did they make themselves or did some mountain making God make up.....whoops, got to go ......... I feel a seismic plate shifting in my stomach!

I’m in LOVE with Paris!!! heart wings heart wings
Was there, this June, during the Street Music Festival. Absolutely fantastic!! applause
You can see performers playing ALL kind of music – jazz, rap, rock, latin, you name it, throughout the entire city and, if you’re strolling the streets of Marais and Montmartre (the most bohemian neighborhoods I’ve ever seen), it’s bliss!daydream

Oh! Something else: I’m planning to move to Disneyland…as soon as I’ll know what to chose as a permanent location: Space Mountain’s roller coaster or Tower of terror . Puuuure adrenaline!!!super

I think both Paris and the Eifel Tower are famous on their own merit. I love Paris and yes I think if the Eifel Tower was in another city, Paris would still be a tourist favourite.

Roomi: Dear Readers,

What do you think about Paris and Eifel Tower. I mean if Eifel tower is famous because of Paris or Paris is well known because it has Eifel Tower? Let us suppose, we move Eifel Tower to any other city of France, then, would Paris enjoy the same reception of tourists? How do you think ?

Thanks in advance for participation

As long as Mickey Mouse dwells in Paris, I would come as a tourist. Now, I do remember the beauty of Champs Elisee with all those flowers when I was a 13 year old one looking down from Eifel Towerteddybear

Paris is ok for a long weekend or a holiday. As for Gustave's thing, like conrad said pull it down and sell it for scrap. The amount of Japenese tourist's who stand for hours in the rain waiting to up her, defies logic.doh ..

If I wanted a good view of Paris, I'd go to the Tower of Monparnasse, better restaurent. If I was on a date...I go to Sacré Coeur, fantastic view.., take a walk into Monmarte and find a small café or bar. And say "Hello I'm Johnny cash..

With my mucker, it's the Hideout->Cochrans->Harp->an iffy kebab->barf. And on Sunday sick
