Some will say be patient, some will say do not worry, just be nice and read profiles.

It isn't that you are being ignored, sometimes it takes time for people to get to know you. Just post a lot and be strong in your convictions. They come around. The forums are more of a distraction as opposed to being a place to find someone.

Nothing wrong and being up front is good,
at least you won't be storing up trouble for later on.
As BH has said, it dosen't happen overnight and many
have to wait a long time to meet someone.
Why don't you try joining in the forums more to
give people a better idea of who you are?

You haven't ran across the right lady yet. That's all. People are looking for all different kinds of things online. Lots of men online say they don't get responses back from women. If you are emailing just the babes then maybe tone it back bit. Nothing wrong with hot chicks and you just might get one but most likely they have 40000 other guys hitting on them.
Just keep trying and don't take it personally. Have a friend look at what you are writing sometimes things can be taken wrong online. Might be an ideal also.

It may not have anything to do with having a disability Chip. If you check out the threads and posts here, a very high percentage of 'able bodied' members gripe about the very same thing.
I applaud your honesty though.

I have a disability too Chip and have met some wonderful people here. I dated a couple and I am so glad I did. Just be patient about responses...maybe extend your search area. Send out more flowers and e-mails, and by all means, post to the forums. That is how you get to meet and know people the best.
