Men...any advice/tips on how to handle rejection? ( Archived) (17)

I addressed it to men solely based on the statement

"Men get rejected all the time. They are usually the one making the first move. Asking for the first date etc. After a while its no big deal."

Just wanted some opinions....women feel free too chime in.

a couple thoughts. Be really cool and friendly with a lot of potentials, and let them make the first move :)

OR

Rejection is a part of growing and a very tough part. You have to learn to like yourself more than you do if that is an issue with you. Once you like yourself, rejection won't sting as much :)

Steve (been rejected at least 10,000 X) LOL

I don't let it get me down. I just put a smile on my face and keep going with life.

I also try to reject kindly...unless someone makes that impossible.

A good self-esteem and knowing not everyone is going to want to know you should take some of the sting out of it.

Just cowboy up and get back in the saddle. Don't waste your time on the past and learn from your mistakes.
