mehran_n: And you spend your time flirting with the men and looking for fights with the women. Pot calling the kettle black dear....you are unpleasant to look at and to listen to.

lusciousmile: Two males responded to your first post ( they didn't seem to like it), yet, you only responded to mine.

I think you just don't like women. There's a name for the phobia. What have you been doing the last 51 years, beside yourself?

FreeHappy: First, it's too bad you are so dissatisfied with both candidates.

The 1/2 hour will be about what he plans to do as President, it's great that he is going to give us INFORMATION! Whatever the info is, it is a good thing to know what the next guy is planning to do.

If it does not answer the questions you wonder about, you could find the answers on barackobama.com Obama will be on Rachael Maddow tomorrow evening at 9 on msnbc.

One would think that with running for the office for 22 months, that he would have given INFORMATION prior to several days prior to the election.

We have been listening and following it.......

StressFree: I'll be watching it on CBS and Fox. I hope he breaks down some issues instead of just skimming the surface.

Bill Clinton gave a good speech today and emphasized the destructive role of special interest groups lately in our economy and society.

Obama 08

That's half the hope and change Obama platform. So much for hope... He once again just skimmed the issues. laugh

It was worse than I thought. Made me feel we live in a 3rd world country. Not much inspiration and alot of the same old laundry list of promises that will never be kept.

I do not like either candidate because it really won't matter in the end. The politicians get their perks, and the people of this country make America great...not Washington DC.

Our constitutional freedoms allow us to be strong. The gov't needs to get out of our way for the most part.

Helluva a way to spend millions. He could have probbly held onto that money and given it to the poor after his win or loss. Instead, we all got to sit thru more of the same. Hey!, isn't that what he's always saying about McCain? laugh

What got me angry was about his mom. She is dying from cancer and got a new job. She had problems with the benefits not including pre-existing conditions.

He could not take his own mom in his home, and help her? He is a lawyer...he couldn't help his mom with the paperwork??? He couldn't buy his mom some catastrophic insurance to suppliment her work plan???

What kind of person is this??

"The government consists of a gang of men exactly like you and me. They have, taking one with another, no special talent for the business of government; they have only a talent for getting and holding office. Their principal device to that end is to search out groups who pant and pine for something they can't get and to promise to give it to them. Nine times out of ten that promise is worth nothing. The tenth time is made good by looting A to satisfy B. In other words, government is a broker in pillage, and every election is sort of an advance auction sale of stolen goods."[H. L. Mencken]
