I thought that it's not the caffeine in coffee that wakes me up as much as the severe abdominal cramping.

My first thought this morning was "Wow I slept in till almost 7:00!!!"

first words where "sure love too" 10 minutes later, I had the thought, "why did I agree to work 12 hour shifts till September..."
I've decided to place phone in farest room from my bed..hoping to eliminate the "agreeable nature" I have when half asleep from causing me unessasary woes.

As tropical disturbance #1 moves through the Gulf, I am reminded once again of the ones who are still recovering from loss during Katrina.
