this can be what is known as referred pain.. but then I could be talking out my hat.. all I know that sometimes I do something like twist my knee and I get a pain near my ribs ... and I can make the pain happen again and again.. I believe its all to do with millions of miles of nerves and neural pathways and other fancy high falutin brain stuff.. putting it simply sometimes I think there is a bit of a traffic jam in my central nervous system and it tells my brain that the pain is actually in the wrong place..
Either that or someone rang you when you were doing the ironing??

The man will be home at the start of March

Apparently even some athletes would be rated as obese by their BMI. And I think I heard that now 16 may be considered 'average', instead of size 14. Well, at least there has been a swing away from anorexia/bulimia. Aussies just need to reach a middle ground now. And most of all, stop childhood obesity!!!

Ralf74: Here in Bacchus, we have 3 pedestrian crossings across the main drag (which isn't very big). What pisses me is the amount of parents that just wander out onto the crossing without stopping to check that the vehicles are in fact going to stop nor are they teaching their children any road safety. There is parking either side of the crossings which makes it hard for the cars to see anyone approaching the crossings and I myself have almost hit somebody because they were walking in my front pillar blind spot, she was about a third of the way across the crossing when I finally saw her and I think we both had kittens. It irritates me as a driver that these pedestrians have no regard for their own safety.
People who push the button at crossings then walk across when there is a gap in traffic, then you have to stop and sit at a pedestrian crossing when there is nobody there.

venere08: What pisses me off is that I lose/destroy every pair of reading glasses I ever get. I had my last pair this morning. By lunch time they had disappeared, and nowhere to be found. And I haven't left the house yet. Ran over my prescription glasses in the driveway. After spending weeks learning how to put in contact lenses, one night I went to take them out, and could only find one. jeepers, I think someone up there is having a lot of fun at my expense!

I dont have Kooka's but I do have Magpies and about 3 million lorikeets.. cant say I dislike it most of the time.. but when I want a sleep in .. it drives me nuts..
While I am having a whinge...... I live in a cul de sac and my neighbour opposite has a huge massive farken big "cabbage tree" - dont know its real name but the leaves look like cabbages in bunches, and they drop off .. and all blow in to MY garden and driveway and they dont break down for about 2 years, so not good mulch.. each leaf is the size of a dinner plate and they scrape and rattle on the pavers... I fill a wool bale every 4 weeks with leaves.. I hate that!!
i am angry with all the f***wits in this world...they all seem to gravitate towards me........i just want to be left alone to lead my life but there are so many dickheads i am having to deal with at the moment....beam me up scotty!!
