Here in Bacchus, we have 3 pedestrian crossings across the main drag (which isn't very big). What pisses me is the amount of parents that just wander out onto the crossing without stopping to check that the vehicles are in fact going to stop nor are they teaching their children any road safety. There is parking either side of the crossings which makes it hard for the cars to see anyone approaching the crossings and I myself have almost hit somebody because they were walking in my front pillar blind spot, she was about a third of the way across the crossing when I finally saw her and I think we both had kittens. It irritates me as a driver that these pedestrians have no regard for their own safety.

I am a great driver, i will have you know. I have never had an accident, I have done a defensive driving course and i have taught my siblings to drive! I did lose my licence for speeding though, that made me pull my head in a bit! 
now that things have changed and I am returning to the use of my family name. what a freakin nightmare.... 
I'm not asking for the crown jewels...just that you accept that with ID (marriage & birth certs - both of which have my family name prominently displayed sir!) I actually was once known as who I say I want to be known as again.
Men of the world... be thankful
that the tradition is for women to adopt the use their husband's surname.
lesson learned - if there's a next time? I won't be 'changing' my identity.

Oh I sooooo hear ya on that one !! It's one of my pet hates too...or, the cars somehow manage to box you in and you just can't get out, no matter which way you look !

random pains that just hit you out of nowhere
for example.. all today I have been getting this sharp stabbing pain in my ear.. and no.. its not my middle ear or my inner ear.. its my friggen ear itself.. as in the grizzly main part of the outer ear.. !!!
I don't have a sore.. its not swollen ... there is no sign of infection.. but there is this damn pain that literally stops me in my tracks!!
and it comes and goes throughout the day.. go figure
all I know is after hours of it.. it pisses me off!!

I hate going to the doctors. I'm not a fan anyway but it's hard to find a good doctor that actually listens. I ended up in emergency twice a month apart because no Doctor would listen to me and sent me home. Ba$tar$.

I feel for you blonde..
this can be what is known as referred pain.. but then I could be talking out my hat.. all I know that sometimes I do something like twist my knee and I get a pain near my ribs ... and I can make the pain happen again and again.. I believe its all to do with millions of miles of nerves and neural pathways and other fancy high falutin brain stuff.. putting it simply sometimes I think there is a bit of a traffic jam in my central nervous system and it tells my brain that the pain is actually in the wrong place..
Either that or someone rang you when you were doing the ironing??

What pisses me off is that I lose/destroy every pair of reading glasses I ever get. I had my last pair this morning. By lunch time they had disappeared, and nowhere to be found. And I haven't left the house yet. Ran over my prescription glasses in the driveway. After spending weeks learning how to put in contact lenses, one night I went to take them out, and could only find one. jeepers, I think someone up there is having a lot of fun at my expense!
Now if you can't read this cos of all the typos, don't blame me, I'm squinting!!! Soon must be off to buy yet another lot of specs!
Oh, BTW, the prescription glasses before the ones I ran over, also disappeeared on a sunday while at home last year, and never to be seen again!!!
