Say what you will, and think what you may about them,
They have been a help to many people.
Whether is is to vent some anger, (which is good for them),
Or to learn something new, ( which i'm sure we all have from the forums)
From lost keys, to relationship advice, we all have benefited from them People need someplace to talk, especially men, (in my opinion) as women chat among themselves, men tend to keep it all inside, so whether it is to chat or just observe and comment, it would be nice to see some nice, interesting threads again and all are welcome, its not just for a few, it would be lovely to see some new people taking part.

I think this is one of the reasons the Irish forums have gone quiet.

That is the minority, and they can be dealt with by , blocking
or being ignored, which does work, i know it put a lot of people, who had interesting things to say and discuss off posting, but can't we draw a line under that , we are wiser now, and won't allow that to happen again.
One lives in hope.
Us women could try and bring the craic back, it might entice others to post and maybe attract some newbies?

There are a lot more joined than post on the forums. They don't even know they exist.
And there are lots of people who always read the forums and blogs, but don't post.

indeed, there`s always the instant gratification factor on dating sites, so much choice, so if the person you meet isnt 100% in your eyes, theres always plan B , or C, D E & F imo 
yeah moll I agrees with you .me now I kinda keep away from the little groups here .a lot of people like to say things but if they do it usally gets bypassed with all the banter between the usual suspects ..not beyond a bit of crack now cause I love it here .puts in a few hours when the rain is bucketing down as today .
